DJ Evangelist (born as Reza Ally in Georgetown Guyana) is a born again Christian. He is an award-winning Canadian Singer, songwriter, producer and electrifying Disc Jockey. Reza's heart for humanity transcends every culture and race, as he is very active in Toronto Canada by raising awareness to end poverty and similar initiatives. Recently, Reza has used his entrepreneurial skills to co-found and rebrand the largest profitable faith-based bookstore, gift shop and entertainment center in Canada.
DJ Evangelist’s musical style is simply tagged as versatile and his lyrics are very simple and are
stitched to a lot of catchy hooks. His music and delivery seems to be always current
and can be compared to dancehall sensations Mavado, Shaggy, Sean Paul, and Mr. Vegas and
when he delivers his reggae hits they can be compared to the likes of Christian bands such as
Christafari, Sherwin Gardner and Monty G fused with a lot of Yard core melodic tones.
DJ Evangelist began his journey from a Muslim to a Christian when he first heard bible stories in
elementary school. He became a born again Christian in February of 2000 and was baptized in 2001 in Toronto Canada at Agincourt Pentecostal Church, which he has attended for over thirteen years.
Since 2004 his leadership within his company has impacted Canada and many other countries,
especially in the Caribbean and South America, by implementing and executing innovative and
effective evangelism methods through the mediums of live musical events, artist development, etc.
In the Past, Reza has successfully launched the Real Easter J.A.M, a Christian Festival in the Caribbean attracting tens of thousands of followers.
Being a Family man, Reza has a sincere passion as a community developer which has led him to
receive The Community Service Award, Legislative Assembly of Ontario Canada, and many
others.

2010 DJ Evangelist released his first single and Music Video which he collaborated with
Bahamian Artiste Mr.J titled ‘’Money we want”. The single received great attention as the
most requested and played on the Top fifty charts in the Bahamas over the favorites of
dancehall sensations Mavado, Bounty Killer, and Beenie Man.
The Music Video for “Money we want’’ was tagged as the most popular and requested music
video on one of the mainstream Bahamian Count down TV shows across the island in the
summer of 2010.
